The Emory Nursing Learning Center (ENLC) offers a variety of classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces that support educational programs, meetings, and special events for the School of Nursing community.
Depending on availability, affiliated Emory departments and community partners may request space for meetings, training, and academic programs.
All room reservations include standard room setup and breakdown. Additional services such as audiovisual support, recording services, or event staffing may be available depending on event needs.

The Emory Nursing Learning Center includes several types of reservable spaces designed to support academic and professional events.
Classrooms within the ENLC are designed for lectures, seminars, and training sessions. These rooms include integrated audiovisual systems and flexible seating configurations.
Conference rooms are ideal for meetings, small group discussions, and planning sessions. These spaces support collaborative work and may include video conferencing capabilities.
The ENLC features advanced simulation environments used for clinical training and demonstrations. These spaces may be reserved for approved educational activities coordinated with the simulation team.
Shared collaboration spaces may be available for informal meetings, group discussions, and student engagement activities.

Reservation Policies
Reservation Policies and Request Form
To ensure efficient use of space within the ENLC, the following guidelines apply:
- All reservation requests must include an event contact and department affiliation.
- Requests should include the expected number of attendees to ensure appropriate space assignment.
- Events must follow School of Nursing and university facility policies.
- Some events may require approval depending on size, equipment needs, or external participation.
Requests may require advance notice to allow for room setup, technology support, or event coordination.
Please complete the form below to request space at the Emory Nursing Learning Center. Submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation. Requests will be reviewed by the ENLC Events Team and confirmed based on availability.
