The Emory Nursing Experience is a partnership between Emory Healthcare Nursing Education and Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, and coursework is provided by the Emory Nursing Professional Development Center, an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation.

Through the Emory Nursing Experience (ENE), you have access to a multitude of evidence-based continuing education courses — including free, online, and self-paced options — developed and led by Emory’s world-class faculty. Courses are designed to help licensed nurses fulfill their requirements for license renewal, further their careers with varying certifications, and continue to provide high-quality patient care.

Featured Training: Nurse Planner

Nurse Planner Training

Our nurse planners work collaboratively to develop and evaluate continuing education offerings. To become a nurse planner, you must have earned an unencumbered RN license and a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing in addition to completing nurse planner training.

Emory Nursing Experience Requests

Partner with a nurse planner to develop quality Nursing Continuing Professional Development activities and ensure adherence with the American Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation guidelines.

Request Credits

The ENE is housed at the Emory Nursing Learning Center (ENLC), which is located at 250 East Ponce De Leon Avenue in Decatur, Georgia. Each floor has a different function to fulfill the needs of our students. For example, the fourth floor has state-of-the-art classrooms, conference rooms, and a recording studio. If you would like to reserve one or more room(s) in the ENLC, please submit this request form
