Teaching
I believe in the philosophy of upholding professional nursing standards, recognizing uniqueness among students, and rendering a stimulating learning environment. My teaching philosophy also emphasizes critical thinking and evidence-based decision-making. Moreover, I am a catalyst for facilitating learning and growth, fostering respectful relationships with students, and promoting faculty-student accountability during the learning process. I design lectures and learning materials that are student-centered and applicable to real-world contexts. Recognizing that students learn differently, I incorporate a variety of tools and utilize technology to meet the learning styles of students and the course objectives.
