The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing is currently recruiting prominent researchers for its graduate and research programs. Candidates for this position should be active researchers with a substantive track record of extramural funding and have experience in teaching at the doctoral level. This position requires an earned doctorate in nursing or a related field; an active license to practice nursing in the State of Georgia; and candidates should be eligible for tenure at the rank of Associate Professor.
RN Applicants are required to hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing, have experience as a skilled practitioner, possess teaching experience and an active license to practice nursing in the State of Georgia upon the date of hire. Advanced Practice Nurses will also need professional credentialing and appropriate licensure in accordance with the rules of the Georgia Board of Nursing upon the date of hire.
In addition to the Curriculum Vitae, candidates for tenure track and tenured faculty positions will submit a two to three page document providing a description of his or her current program of research and a narrative description of the 5 year plan/trajectory for his or her research program.
