Special Standing Courses

Special Standing students are approved to take the following courses. The courses are not offered every semester, so verify the current offerings through the semester schedules located at www.nursing.emory.edu and then click on student life.  Please remember that Special Standing students are only allowed to take a total of 12 credit hours prior to becoming a degree-seeking student. If you have any questions, please call Sabrena Brown or Desiree Day at (404) 727-7980 or stop by room P10G.

Registration for all HS courses:

Students currently enrolled at Oxford College, Emory College, or Emory University please send email request to Sabrena Brown at sbrown8@emory.edu for permission to enroll. Please note that priority enrollment is given to Emory pre-nursing students due to limited lab space.

All others you must do the following:

If you have prior degree - contact the Graduate School for a special standing application the office number is 404-727-0184.
