International BSN Admission Checklist
Applicants interested in the Bachelor of
Science in Nursing program are encouraged to apply beginning September 1st in the academic year prior to the year
they wish to attend the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of
Nursing. This will ensure time for completion of
the following requirements:
- Submit application for admission into the BSN
program.
- Submit non refundable $50 application fee. (Waived for current Emory Employees and Students)
- Submit a statement of purpose.
- Resume detailing work experience, leadership roles, and research opportunities.
- Submit three references two of which must be academic.
- Submit official Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL) scores,
www.toefl.org .
You may call 1-609-771-7100 for more information on
the TOEFL exam.
- Have credentials evaluated by the World Education
Services, Inc.,
www.wes.org, 1-800-937-3897. The official
credential evaluation must be sent to the Office of
Admission.
- If admitted, provide evidence of adequate
financial support for the duration of the program.
The Office of Admission will send a Financial
Certificate form to you if you are admitted to the
program.
