Nursing Employment and Tuition Award (NEAT) - Application
The NEAT award is granted to students who have been accepted to the Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing program and who have demonstrated financial need. NEAT awards are designed to help students finance their education and to assist Emory University Hospital, Crawford Long Hospital and Wesley Woods Geriatric Hospital recruit and retain well-prepared professional nurses. In return for four semesters of financial support from one of the sponsoring hospitals, candidates agree to work as a staff nurse for the sponsoring hospital for two years after graduation from the BSN program. The value of the NEAT award is 50% of the cost of tuition. Applications must be received by March 1st.
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta: Nursing Commitment to Employment and Study(CHANCES)
Chances is a partnership between Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University School of Nursing established to provide tuition support for students while aiding Children’s Healthcare in recruiting and retaining qualified professional nurses. This award is granted to students who have been accepted to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
