For over 20 years now Dr Solomon Tesfaye have worked on various activities and organizations that are engaged in reproductive, maternal, newborn and child Health. Dr Solomon who is a medical doctor and holds an MPH (master of public health) degree was involved in the first MaNHEP and he is currently working on the MaNHEP Afar project as a senior quality improvement advisor.

Dr Solomon’s position entails but is not limited to leading the collaborative quality improvement process of the project and the adaptation of QI training materials and tools as well as developing capacity of the project team and key MOH personnel in collaborative QI and skills for coaching.
