Welcome, New DNP Students!

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, one of the most prestigious nursing programs in the country! This website contains information critical to finalizing your student requirements. Please bookmark this site and check back often for important updates.

This is a hybrid program with both online and face to face interaction during every semester. Each semester students and faculty will meet for three on-campus sessions. Click here to dowload the DNP toolkit.

What are On-Campus Sessions
On-Campus sessions will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. The format will be business conference style with students attending class in the NHWSN building. Attire will be business casual for students and agendas will include: DNP student presentations, group work and special interactive presentations with renowned guest speakers. On-campus sessions may also include advising as needed.

In addition to the above dates, DNP students in the Population Health Track, should plan to be on campus for the following weeks*.

Fall Semester Online Orientation Dates
